We have successfully concluded our biking trip on Khuvsgul Lake. Within the span of 4 days, we rode a total of 170km on the frosty ice traveling from Khankh to Khatgal village.
Lake Khuvsgul is known as the longest and oldest lake in Mongolia, sometimes referred to as “younger sister” of Lake Baikal. The lake freezes completely in the winter making it an exciting and amusing location for cycling on ice. We are happy to experience the beauty and wonders of winter.
