Day 1

Arrival at Ulaanbaatar, is the capital of Mongolia and transfer to 4 star hotel in the city center. (Hotel-D)

Day 2

Check out the hotel before noon and guided walking city tour will introduce you to the highlights of the city: The central city square with a grand statue of Genghis Khan and Sukhbaatar statue placed at the center as well. Museum of National History is located right next to the square will introducing Mongolia's history from early humans to modern era. Then choose to visit one or two museums from the following: 1. Choijin Lama or State Oracle Residence-museum displaying best samples of Buddhist artwork and religious masks. 2 The Fine Arts Zanabazar Museum displays old arts including Buddhist arts, painting, folk arts and crafts, sculptures, carvings and embroideries. A show of traditional music, throat singing and contortion at 6PM will be followed by a welcome dinner. After that t transfer to the train station to take rain to Erdenet. (Train - B,L,D)

Day 3

Meet our trip supporting crew upon arrival in Erdenet city which is the third largest city in Mongolia, lies in a valley between the Selenge and Orkhon rivers about 150 miles (240 km) northwest of Ulaanbaatar. This city established in mid 1970s by joint Soviet-Mongolian venture in order exploit the area’s huge deposits of copper and molybdenum ore. Other industries include a carpet factory, a food-processing plant, and a timber-processing industry as well. We continue drive on paved road to the Khatgal village near from Khuvsgul lake. Stay overnight at Mongolian traditional accommodation nomadic's felt dwelling called GER. (Ger - B,L,D)

Day 4

After breakfast we drive little further towards south shore of Khuvsgul lake to visit Ice Festival. Local residents of the crystal clear lake area celebrates the Ice Festival becoming annual event that attracted by Mongolians and Foreigners in last recent years. There are some interesting highlights of competitions including Ice wrestling, building with ice, ice skating and sleigh rides takes a place on frozen lake surface. After that start ride spike tire bikes on the crystal clear ice Khuvsgul lake which surrounded by beautful wooded mountains and camp on ground at West shore of lake. (Tent - B,L,D)

Day 5

After breakfast we start to cycle on flat surface on ground shortly for wart start up and down hils through forest will be breathtaking. Then we approach Arsai frozen river's fascinating valley sided by magnificent gorges in some way. Tented overnight by the frozen river. (Tent - B,L,D)

Day 6

Bike to Darkhad depression, a land of prairie, forest and a couple of hundreds of lakes. Winter nature of this area is so phenomenon. White felt covered tents (also known as ger or yurts) of local herders and their large herds of horses, sheep and yaks is a glance of a way of life which seemingly has not changed since hundreds of years. In the evening we establish a tented camp alongside the road and spend our first night in the wilderness. (Tent - B,L,D)

Day 7

We travel for another half a day before arriving at Tsagaan Nuur town located in the depression’s northern corner. This is the gateway to taiga (boreal forest) where the Tsaatan community lives and herds reindeer. If necessary we stock up on some addition food and drink before moving out to camp at the edge of taiga. (Tent - B,L,D)

Day 8

Next adventure of horse riding is ahead today. After breakfast we saddle those for riding and the journey will start. Local guides will accompany us throughout the way. We will ride through woods and almost entirely at a walking pace. While riding you can easily notice the shift from grasslands into a taiga and visit Tsaatan people. Stay overnight at teepee. (Teepee - B,L,D)

Day 9

A leisure day among Tsaatan (reindeer herders) people to allow you to feel their authentic and unique way of life in personal touch. Stay at teepee. (Teepee - B,L,D)

Day 10

Say good bye to our Tsaatan friends and horse ride back to the Tsagaan nuur and continue drive to Ulaan Uul village which surrounded by scenic mountain range. The Khoridol Saridag mountain range stretched along west of Lake Khuvsgul lake and rocky peaks and forests are the main nature wonders of this mountain range. The area is protected as vertical in that region, such as tundra, taiga, forested steppe and mountainous area. The highest peak of mountain range is Delgerkhan mountain, with the height of 3087m above the sea level. West part of the lake has high cliffs, east side is covered with trees. There are a lot of rare and endangered species of animals and plants in the area of mountain range such as deer, elk, bear, leopard, ibex and vulture. (Tent - B,L,D)

Day 11

Drive to Murun, provincial center of Khuvsgul aimag is a good place to take rest after adventure in remote part of country. Have hot shower, functional toilet, connect internet and enjoy time in little cozy condition. (Local hotel - B,L,D)

Day 12

Drive to Erdenet town and return to the Ulaanbaatar by train. (Train - B,L,D)

Day 13

In the morning, upon arrival in UB we pick you up at railway station and transfer to the hotel. Free day on your own disposal in the city. (Hotel - B,D)
